Availability of services (June 7)

Due to technical difficulties beyond our control, the online catalogue is currently unavailable.

InMédia Technologies is working with the Centre gouvernemental de cyberdéfense (CGCD, or government cyber defence centre) on a new version of the system, which will be tested by both the CGCD and BAnQ to ensure that the suspended services can be safely resumed.

While waiting for services to resume, BAnQ staff can conduct catalogue searches for you at any one of the Grande Bibliothèque’s service desks.

During your visit, you can also browse the stacks, speak with a librarian, use a computer station, as well as borrow or return materials.

Users who want to reserve or renew materials can go to the service desk on the ground floor or Level 1, or phone. For now, the library is not charging any late fees.
