Your options while the catalogue is down - June 11

Dear Patrons,

Due to technical difficulties, the online catalogue is still unavailable for the time being. We truly regret any inconvenience caused by a turn of events over which we have no control.

The supplier, InMédia Technologies, is finalizing a new version of the system to fix the current security breach. Simultaneously, our teams are looking at several solutions to help minimize the problems you are dealing with.

BAnQ staff will be more than happy to conduct catalogue searches for you at any one of the Grande Bibliothèque’s service desks.

During your visit, you can also browse the stacks, speak with a librarian, use a computer station, as well as borrow or return materials.

To reserve or renew materials, go to the service desk on the ground floor or Level 1, or phone. For now, the library is not charging any late fees.
