Personalized service

Qualified personnel are on hand to inform subscribers about how the library works, guide them toward appropriate documentary resources, and provide assistance in using the catalogues and various tools placed at their disposal. In the library, staff assigned to persons with disabilities accompany subscribers from the moment they arrive, to facilitate their access to the collections and services they wish to use.
