How to deposit printed publications

Using the extranet site designed specifically for publishers, submit your declarations for the publications submitted for legal deposit online. You can track the progress of your documents as soon as they are received by BAnQ. Moreover, you can access your file online along with a list of all your deposited materials.

It only takes two easy steps!

Step 1

  1. Make sure that the legal deposit inscription is labelled on your document.
  2. Submit your deposit using an electronic form. You can track the progress of your documents as soon as they are received by BAnQ. Moreover, you can access your file online along with a list of all your deposited materials.
